Our staff reviews your program against National Summer Learning Association’s research-based quality program standards, assesses performance, makes recommendations for improvement, and provides professional development support to reach your goals.

The CASP includes:

  • Document review
  • Interviews with program director, staff, and partner staff
  • Onsite observation
  • Strengths and opportunities report
  • Facilitated Professional Learning Communities focused on program improvement
  • Establishment of mentor group
  • Repeat site visits
  • Improvement plans and recommended action steps
