Summer learning is emerging as one of the most important solutions to closing the achievement gap in communities across the country. High-quality summer learning can determine whether a young person earns a high school degree and goes on to pursue a college education. The National Summer Learning Association’s National Summer Learning Day (NSLD) is an advocacy day for programs, policymakers, businesses, and communities across the nation to celebrate the vital role that high-quality summer learning has in the lives of young people.

Last summer, we reached 350,000 children and youth with summer learning opportunities. Our goal this year is to reach 700,000 young people in 2015! Join us on this interactive webinar to find out how you can get involved in National Summer Learning Day on Friday, June 19, 2015.

You’ll learn more about:
- How other communities plan to participate in NSLD this year.
- Resources that will help your community to generate awareness, build capacity for summer learning, and keep kids learning all summer.
- The new NSLD campaign to “Keep Kids Learning” and a new interactive map.

Register today for this webinar on Friday, April 3, 2015 at 1 PM ET.
